What to Know
-
We work with founders, senior executives, and leadership teams — especially those navigating complexity, change, or conflict. We often work with leaders at moments of tension, crisis, or transition — when something isn’t working, but it’s not yet clear why. Many come to us when tactical coaching has hit a ceiling, and they’re ready for something deeper.
-
We don’t — and that’s intentional. We’re not going to tell you how to run your business. You know more about that than we do. We offer something different: psychological insight that helps you maximize what you already know. That’s where real leverage lives.
-
A psychoanalyst is a mental health professional who has completed the most extensive clinical training in the field. After earning a graduate degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, or another mental health discipline, psychoanalysts go on to several more years of specialized psychoanalytic training that includes advanced coursework, intensive supervision, and their own personal psychoanalysis. This broadens their perspective and provides new ways of listening to both the conscious and unconscious drivers of people’s decisions, relationships, and behavior.
-
No. This is coaching, not therapy or psychoanalysis. But unlike most coaching, our approach is rooted in psychoanalytic theory and practice — which means we pay close attention to what’s said, what’s unsaid, and what might be trying to come into focus. We don’t treat or diagnose. Leadership is not a diagnosable condition. We engage your leadership.
-
We don’t. We believe too many leadership tools serve the coach more than the client. We don’t hand you a framework. We help you discover your own.
-
Most clients meet twice a month. During moments of urgency or transition, we can meet more frequently. We set the rhythm together based on your goals and capacity.
-
Both. Our work often begins with individuals, but expands to include leadership teams, partners, or boards when needed.
-
No checklists. No jargon. No glossy data dashboards. We don’t analyze your performance — we listen for meaning and where it might take you.
-
That’s okay — you’re not alone. People often come to this work with a hunch, not a plan. Our first meeting is a working session — a place to begin and see if it feels useful, with no commitment to continue. That clarity alone can be valuable.
